- Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise does not meet our quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.
- Reporting Time Frame:
Please report any issues within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- No Returns Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We will, however, work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
- Exclusions:
Refunds or replacements may not be provided if the product was not stored properly upon receipt.
We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
